How would I know if the business offers delivery?

The business’ fulfillment method will be listed in their description. You can also filter businesses by your preferred method.

I prefer cash on delivery. Can I filter the businesses by the payment methods?

Yes, you can! You can select your preferred payment method on the sidebar of the shops directory page.

This vendor is taking forever to fufill my order. Can you help?

Unfortunately, we can’t. Any transaction done is between you and the vendor. In the meantime, let’s be considerate of the current COVID situation where some items might be delayed due to mass shipping or any sort of custom hold ups. 🙂

Do I have to pay for my store to be listed on the site?

No, you don’t! It’s completely free, and you can do it in less than 5 minutes! Just take note that it will take about 24 hours for verification purposes. Register here!

How do I have to be eligible to be listed on the site?

Don’t worry. We’re not cross checking your 16/17 forms. As long as you have an active Instagram business, we’re here to help

I have a brick-and-mortar store. Can I still be listed?

As long as you have a digital presence, we’re glad to have you on board.

Can I get a shoutout on your content page?
